Comfort Suites Redding - Shasta Lake

We stopped at this hotel because my partner's aunt works for the parent company and got us a great discount. The room was clean, very comfortable, and quite large compared to other hotels in the same price range. We really appreciated that some of the art on the walls reflects the local area (Mt. Shasta) instead of just some generic art. The only issues with the room were minor cosmetic issues that can be easily overlooked. The pool room looked really nice, although we didn't try it because we were so tired. The hotel was quiet, even with it's proximity to I5. We had a very restful night of sleep. All of the staff were wonderfully friendly! Breakfast didn't have the most comprehensive selection, but was still tasty and much appreciated. This might be a regular stopping point for us on road trips from now on!

(: Me and my family loved this stay a lot. This was the best. This was an amazina deal. So worth it. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and huge. Bathrooms were clean. Shampoo Conditioner Soap and Lotion were provided. We had 2 queen beds and a separate living area with an L-shaped sofa that pulls out into a bed. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Thev have a fitness center too. Coffee. tea and hot cocoa are always available at the lobby. The evenina shift front staff was Super nice. Also the ladv that restocks breakfast. Breakfast was super good and well stocked. And they dont serve the same meal everyday. First we had cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes. Then the next day, it was scrambled eggs, bacon then potatoes. There's waffles, cereal, bread and pastries. Different choices for drinks as well. Also close to a lot of restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a nice stay at this Comfort Inn. The staff was very accommodating and I can't say enough good things about Melissa who takes exceptional care of the morning breakfast! It was always clean and there was a good selection of foods for everyone. I didn't use the pool area, but I can say our room was comfortable and everyone was welcoming!

We welcome 2025 new year here. Mountain View! New renovations, spacious neat quiet room. The only concern was the smell of fresh paint. It should not be an issue now. The staffs are friendly and professional.

Stayed one night. Right off freeway. Nice newer room accommodations and friendly staff. Three floors with convenient elevator. Loved the pillows and bedding. Watch out the bathroom door will close on its own and will hit you if not quick enough or propped open (thinking of little ones fingers). The hotel is quiet even though next to the interstate. And my room was on the end next to the freeway. A 5-10 minutes drive away, you can find stores/restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

I just wanted a reasonably priced hotel in the northern part of Redding. This was a great place to stay! Convenient access. Very clean. Rooms are quite large. The bed was a bit hard, but not too bad. The shower had lots of pressure and was very clean. Staff at checkin was great, although they could have used more than just one person at the desk in the late afternoon (she was working VERY hard to help everyone). The breakfast was fine, about what I would expect at this price range. Waffle makers, bacon, eggs, potatoes, several fruit options, and the dining area was exceptionally clean. All in all, a great place to stay.

This hotel truly exceed my expectations. Not only location is good, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. The room design is nice and roomy. In fact it is a lot better than another stay I had in the Redding downtown and I highly recommend.

We stayed two nights. Clean and quiet. We stay at Choice Hotels all the time. Comfort Suites whenever available. Of all of them, this place has one of the best breakfasts. I believe the person responsible is named Melissa. Great personality and great job.
